Feeling Safer - Bash Bar Install

Having nothing rigid between you and the bumper is not a good idea.  So, I got a Drift Armor bash bar.  The install was really easy.  Of the two holes on the bash bar, the top ones lined right up to the existing bolt holes used for the original bumper reinforcement.  For the second set of holes, I made sure that the bash bar was lined up horizontally with the frame and drilled a hole to use with a bolt+nut.  Made sure to use locking washing and tightened it to the torque spec of the factory bolt.

Result was that the bumper actually does not droop as much as advertised.  The only issue is that the front blinkers don't fit anymore because the bash bar goes exactly where the housing of the blinker goes.  In another post I'll show the temporary solution to get the lens to fit and make it look like stock.

I got the bash bar from Enjuku Racing.
